Against a 12 minute running clock complete the following for max total reps.
Minutes 1-3: run 400 meters and complete as many pull-ups as possible
Minutes 3-6: run 400 meters and complete as many power cleans as possible
Minutes 6-9: run 400 meters and complete as many pull-ups as possible
Minutes 9-12: run 400 meters and complete as many power cleans as possible
Auburn CrossFit is taking on the task of running an aid station for the Way Too Cool 50k trail run. We have three athletes from ACF running in this event. We need volunteers to help run the aid station. Please sign up on the board with your availability between 0900 & 1800 on Saturday March 5.
