5 rounds for time of:
30 air squats
30 push-ups
400 meter run
Week 1 of the Open is in the books. Some of you got a reminder of why open season is so much fun, others got their first taste and rose to the occasion. I’m impressed at the level of effort a lot of you put in. Thank you to everyone who helped with organization and judging.
