#2: Less than ideal squat position – Squat therapy for 30 minutes
#3: Less than 10 consecutive toes to bar – Toes to bar progressions for 30 minutes
#4: Less than 10 consecutive chest to bar pull-ups – Pull-up progressions for 30 minutes
#5: Less than 10 strict handstand push-ups – HSPU progressions for 30 minutes
#6: Less than 5 consecutive strict muscle-ups – muscle-up progression for 30 minutes
