For time:
Run 1600 meters
20 single leg deadlift
20 knees to elbow
Run 800 meters
20 single leg deadlift
20 knees to elbow
Run 400 meters
20 single leg deadlift
20 knees to elbow
On Sunday October 2, 2016 the Auburn CrossFit workout of the day will be a half marathon. I’d like to see everyone sign up and give this a shot. I don’t expect you to turn into a big time runner. I wouldn’t throw this challenge out there if I didn’t think you all could do it. Not only am I confident you all can finish this run I think you’ll be surprised on how well you’ll do. I mean, it’s not 50 miles!!! Once you finish this run you can thank Heidi!
All proceeds from the Heart of Cool Trail Run directly benefit Northside School and youth to attend Camp Taylor- a camp for children with heart disease.
